Alissa is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Career Coach, Certified Soul Contract Reader, and Holistic Health & Wellness Advocate, and empath here to help guide and empower you on your life journey. After experiencing many hardships, traumatic experiences, and difficult lessons along her journey, she has spent over the last decade focused on extensive, deep healing and transformative work, which has enhanced her connection to her mind, body, and soul. She restored her connection within, worked through and healed many of her traumas, blocks, and limiting beliefs, reclaimed her power, found her purpose, and stepped into the best version of herself. Although all of us are continuously healing and evolving, she most importantly found peace and joy in who she is and in the life she is living again.
Alissa is passionate about helping others and driven to make our world a better, more loving, and harmonious place to live. Her purpose is to share her wisdom and experiences to help you navigate life’s journey with more ease and confidence. She is excited to partner, guide, and empower you on your journey of self-development and growth to discover and navigate your next pathway forward.
In terms of formal education, Alissa holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Marketing Research and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach through Awaken Collective, a Certified Career Coach, and a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner.

Mike is a financial professional and risk and financial analysis professor.
Over his career, Michael developed a diverse skillset from his experiences within Finance and the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Industry. He has worked for large organizations in various capacities, including Expense Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Valuations, Pricing, Negotiations, and Sales & Marketing. Michael also works part-time as an Adjunct Finance Professor. When working with clients, Michael offers a holistic approach in addressing today’s challenges to drive tomorrow’s successes.
In terms of education, Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
